Dinner is where Derek's really shines, broken down into three sections, the first is a collection of small plates designed to allow you to mix and match various foods and give you a maximum of tastes without busting your wallet or your stomach.

The second section is a selection of entrees that are the ultimate in quality, Our meats are as fine as you will find anywhere!

For those who are looking for a more traditional appetizer, entrée, dessert experience. The third section is we have the most fun. We will be changing these offerings weekly. Our tasting menu section will pair 3, 4, and 5 course menus with the appropriate wines and beers. These menus will be priced with and without wines.

We have always been proud of our breads and desserts because we have been operating our own bakery for almost ten years now. Everything is made in house and we offer new items on our dessert menu everyday.

Take a look at our private dining menus, our staff can customize for you a private party at a moments notice. We can accommodate in our private dining rooms from fifteen to fifty for a formal sit-down or up to 200 for an informal cocktail party.
